🏠 The Apartment Modern apartment (built in 2019) in a safe area according to the Crime Map, close to the nature reserve "Oset and Rynningeviken". A reconciliation is done in April – you either get money back or pay a lump sum. 🚲 Communication & location Cycling distance to: • 5 min → Örebro University • 9 min → City center • 4 min → Willys, Coop, ÖoB, and more 🚌 Bus stop right outside with close proximity to everything. 🅿 Close to an almost free parking. 📌 Rental information & requests I appreciate if you want to engage a little in board work and maybe participate in meetings sometimes (I am myself a board member) – this is however entirely voluntary, not a requirement. 📄 The contract is written for 5 years, but I do not want to promise something I may not be able to keep. I have moved back to my parents due to anxiety about seeing them too rarely, and my father's deteriorating health (myositis and rheumatism). Therefore, there is a possibility that I may move back or sell the apartment in the future. 📆 According to the private rental law, both you and I have 1 month's notice period without needing to provide reasons. But I would never terminate the contract without good notice so that it feels good for you. 📷 Photos Unfortunately, I forgot to take my own pictures before I moved, so the pictures in the ad are from neighboring apartments with almost the same layout. I currently live far away, but I can come to show the apartment if you are seriously interested in renting, so that you feel comfortable with everything. 🛠 Other – differences from the pictures • Wardrobes: 3 white, 1 red (with different handles) • Different tiles in the kitchen and kitchen counter • Dark feature wall with two guitar hangers (can be removed) • An ugly purple electrical cabinet 😅 • The apartment is rented unfurnished A deposit equivalent to two months' rent must be paid before moving in. It is refunded upon moving out, provided the apartment is in good condition and rents are paid.
