The building is designed by Alvar Aalto and was completed in 1953, so the building is old and apartments are still being renovated. Credit information is checked and must be in good standing. The apartment becomes available on 1st October 2026. Note! There are five studios in the building and the pictures are not of the available apartment, but they correspond to the structure and size of the now available apartment.
