We offer for rent the ground floor of a rintamamiestalo (wartime house) in Purola. The apartment includes a kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway, and toilet. The bathroom and sauna are located in the basement. The upper floor is used by the owners for storage. The house has wood/electric heating. All rooms have fireplaces, which adds opportunities to reduce electricity consumption. In addition to the rent, there is a water fee of €15/person/month, and waste management and electricity are to be arranged with a separate contract.
