Cozy and well-equipped studio apartment with a sauna available on the ground floor (34.1 m2) near the center of Sotkamo on Akkoniementie. The apartment has its own sauna and a glazed balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric oven/stove with a safety switch, and a dishwasher (purchased in 2024). The bathroom features underfloor heating, a washing machine, a mirror cabinet, a sink, a shower wall, and a toilet with a bidet shower. The bathroom fittings were updated in 2021 when the washing machine was installed. The sauna has an electric heater. Additionally, tenants have access to the laundry drying room, cold storage, and a fairly large cage storage (dry space) in the basement. A paid carport with electric heating is also available. The building is heated by geothermal energy. Within close proximity are, for example, the bus station, sports high school, library, and all downtown shops. There are plenty of activities in Sotkamo and Vuokatti, both in winter and summer. Among others, Sotkamo's Aurinkolatu and baseball stadium, Vuokatti ski center, ski trails, snowboard tunnel, Katinkulta spa, and swimming hall are within short distances. Local transport between Sotkamo and Vuokatti is managed by, for example, Sotkatti, and there is also a bus connection to the train in Kajaani. The rent is 550 euros/month + an advance water payment of 25 euros/month, which is adjusted once a year and whenever the tenant changes. Thus, the total payment mentioned above is 575 euros/month. If the tenant wants to take a carport space, it costs an additional 15 euros/month. The security deposit is one month's rent, i.e., 550 euros. In addition, the tenant must pay for electricity based on consumption, for which the tenant must make their own electricity contract. The tenant must take out home insurance.
