The housing company has a really good sauna, and the rent includes a private sauna shift whenever the sauna is heated. The guest apartment does not have its own yard or balcony, but the housing company has a couple of large piers where you can relax. The fishing waters are top-notch, and you can ask to borrow a boat. There is a spot with a heating socket for your car in the winter, and the housing company's laundry room is available.
