In the spring of 2019, the apartment underwent renovation, with the kitchen completely renewed, walls and ceiling painted, floor refurbished, and sliding doors installed in front of the wardrobes in the bedroom. In the bathroom, the sink cabinet and rainwater shower were replaced. The washing tower remains available for the tenant's use. Balcony furniture can also be used by the tenant if desired. The services in the center are within walking distance, and the distance to the Kontinkangas campus is just under 4 km by bike. There is a large parking garage under the apartment building, with indoor access. A parking space in the garage can be rented separately for 70 €/month. Rent is 760 €/month + an advance water fee of 15 €/resident/month, with the water fee adjusted according to consumption. Rent includes a 10 Mbit/s internet connection. The rental deposit is 760 euros. The tenant makes their own electricity contract and commits to taking home insurance. Pets can be considered case by case. I am looking for a long-term tenant, so the contract duration should ideally be at least one year.
