We are traveling abroad for the winter, and our furnished home in Olari, Espoo, is available for rent from 24.10.2026 to 28.2.2027. The available space is 60 m2. The spacious apartment includes: • a large bedroom with a double bed, a workspace, and a wardrobe (linen and towels included in the rent if desired) • a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, and oven • a simple and spacious living room with access to a balcony and a park view • a bathroom with a washing machine Our home has a warm, ethnic, and sacred atmosphere. It is best suited for someone who appreciates and respects a peaceful, ceremonial space and is looking for a tranquil place suitable for freelance, remote, or creative work, caregiving, or spiritual activities like yoga, meditation, and/or circle work. The living room has a futon mattress and 2 foldable mattresses, so you can even organize small weekend retreats here. The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building. There is no elevator in the building. In the morning, the sun shines into the kitchen, and in the afternoon, into the living room and bedroom. The apartment is located in the center of Olari, Espoo, close to S-Market grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, public transport connections, and parking options. Iso Omena shopping center and metro station can be reached by bus (15-minute walk). Nature and outdoor and skiing routes are only a 5–10 minute walk away. Matinkylä beach is about 3 kilometers away, and there you can also enjoy winter swimming and sauna. Rent: 890 €/month + 20€/person water charge The rent includes: - fast Wi-Fi - private sauna session on Friday evenings from 6-7 PM, if desired - use of two bicycles (one with studded tires for winter cycling) Electricity: The tenant makes their own electricity contract. A parking space can be rented from the nearby parking garage for 75 €/month. The use of our car can also be agreed upon separately.
