If you prefer to bring your own furniture, I am happy to remove some or all of the existing furniture before you move in. If you would like to keep some or all of the furniture, this can be arranged by agreement. The apartment is located in the center of Lappeenranta, in the Pallo neighborhood. It is a bright and spacious available for a fixed period of time. It is in the first floor (one floor above the ground floor). The harbor is a 6-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop and pharmacy are an 8-minute walk away, 24/7 S Market Pallo is 4-minute walk away, and IsoKristiina Shopping Centre is a 20-minute walk away. The rent is fixed. The water advance fee (22 euro/month) is per person. Water payments are adjusted according to actual usage read from water meters. Electricity, electricity grid fees, home insurance (all obligatory), parking space (optional), communal sauna (optional), and internet (optional) are additional expenses. Important Note: The rental deposit is obligatory and is 1 month rent.
