For rent: a duplex townhouse with a sauna located in a quiet residential area near a lake. The apartment has a heat-retaining Tulikivi fireplace, which, when used regularly, keeps heating costs reasonable. Plenty of storage space both inside and in the outdoor storage area. In the summer, residents of the housing association have access to a communal boat at the nearby beach. The apartment includes a car's electric pole parking spot, for which charges are only applied for the months of use. The rental deposit could be €0 if the tenant has a clean credit history!
