In Nuijamies, near the jogging paths of the AMK and Urpola, about a kilometer from the market square, a lovely home will become available at the beginning of December. There is a compact and functional 39.5 m² two-room apartment with a kitchenette on the top, i.e., the third floor. Rent is 600 €/month, including a fixed internet connection. Water is 30 €/person/month. A parking space can be rented through the property manager. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, but so far getting a parking space has been easy. The housing association has a rentable laundry room (2 €/load), a drying room, and a sauna. The bathroom also has a washing machine connection. The tenant is required to have comprehensive home insurance and their own electricity contract. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis under a separate agreement. When changing tenants, the aim is to replace the kitchen's cabinet doors as needed and tidy up the apartment's surfaces.
