Kyyhkyskyläntie, Vaaraslahti

I rent my charming log villa in Pielavesi, Vaaraslahti’s Kyyhkyskylä ☀️ Available for a shorter or longer period, but not continuously, since summers are for my own use, available from the beginning of November to the end of May. The villa was built in 2004, fully equipped and suitable for winter living, it is a Kontio log villa. There are sleeping places for 6+2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and, contrary to the picture, a full-sized fridge-freezer), bathroom, laundry room with washing machine, and an indoor sauna heated with wood. The water from the water cooperative reaches inside. At the shore, there's another sauna, also with a wood stove, plus a summer kitchen with a grill. The main house has an air heat pump. There is also an insulated garage, so the car can be sheltered from winter. There is a charging option for an electric car, and fiber optics are coming to the cottage during the fall, which is also great for remote work. The villa is located on the shore of the clean and fish-rich Lake Hirvijärvi, on a hillside plot with stunning views to the evening sun. A very popular place for both vacation and, for example, as accommodation for a work crew. Private beach and pier, sheltered plot, no line of sight to neighbors. Good road all the way. Distance to the center of Pielavesi about 20 km, to the center of Kiuruvesi about 30 km. Price for the weekend Fri-Sun 300€, for the week Mon-Sun 500€. For longer periods, ask for an offer, we will tailor a suitable package. Linens and final cleaning available for an additional fee.
