Kansankatu, Rovaniemi

A studio apartment available in the center of Rovaniemi for the winter season 2026-2027. The building is undergoing a plumbing renovation, so there are temporary arrangements related to living throughout the stay. According to preliminary information, a bathroom renovation will start in the apartment at the beginning of February 2027. However, you can live in the apartment the whole time, but during the renovation, the use of the toilet and shower will take place in facilities arranged by the housing company. The apartment is available until approximately March-April 2027, after which it will be for personal use. If you're looking for an apartment, for example, due to a work assignment, studies, or for the winter season, and a little flexibility regarding the renovation is not a problem, this could be a suitable option. Rent is 500 €/month + water 28 €/person/month. No parking space. Contact if you are interested!
