Väinöläntie, Leppävirta

Hello to you who enjoy the countryside! In Oravikoski, there is now a lakeside apartment available by excellent water and land routes. The recently surface-renovated two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story wooden building. The rent includes a cold garage equipped with electricity. The apartment has its own water and electricity meters. The house is by the lake, so from its backyard, you can go swimming and rowing. Nearby are also a public beach, marina, tennis court, bowling and gym, as well as indoor sports facilities offered by the school that gathers students from three villages. A kindergarten operates in connection with the school. In winter, the village sports field is available for those who enjoy skating, and the lake's ice road and tracks are open as long as the weather permits. In the village, there is also a hut suitable for private use and gatherings, and a lean-to located at the end of the ice road. The distance from Oravikoski to the church in Leppävirta is about 16 km, and to both nearby cities, Varkaus and Kuopio, about 40 km. The bus stops on Highway 5 are a few minutes' walk from the house. Buses run on weekdays. The tenant is required to pay a security deposit and have extensive home insurance. The picture of the kitchen alcove is from before the surface renovation. The most significant change from before is the wooden floors, which were uncovered and painted, revealed from under the laminates and vinyl floors. I'll add more photos later. Welcome to visit!
