The building is an old small apartment building. A modest neat little studio with an alcove and a kitchenette. The apartment is suitable in terms of size for a single person. The apartment has its own entrance from the stairwell. The house has a sauna and a communal washing machine (for laundry), which can be used for a separate fee. The apartment cannot accommodate a washing machine. Next to Karelia UAS and a ~10-minute walk to the central hospital and railway station. Parking for 1 car in the yard is included in the rent. Option for car engine winter heating (block heater) for an additional fee of 50 €/winter season. In the yard building, there is a small cold storage specific to the apartment. The lease agreement is made in writing only between the tenant and the landlord. Apartment viewing is arranged separately by agreement. The rental security deposit is only accepted as a payment, as a condition for making the lease agreement (not Kela). The written agreement includes, in addition to general matters, when the apartment can be moved into and other measures ensuring the agreement and residence.
