Searching for a lodger (1 unfurnished room with wardrobes/storage and a window) in my large cozy apartment in the green area of Blackeberg. The room available for rent is the one with the bed and mandala (marked in green in the floor plan), but it will be most likely unfurnished. The apartment has a total of three rooms with doors, a large living room, and a cozy kitchen. Windows facing three directions. The apartment has one bathroom with a window plus a smaller toilet (intended for lodger). Pipes were replaced a few years ago. A balcony facing a quiet courtyard with tall pine trees. A stone's throw from the forest with walking paths along Mälaren, cliffs to sunbathe and swim from during the summer and close to Grimsta nature reserve. Basement storage Bicycle storage Laundry room is very close by, in the next building Friendly neighbors Security door (front door) 5 minutes' walk to Blackeberg metro station 5 minutes' walk to Mälaren Close to buses toward Sundbyberg/Solna 1950s-era town center with a vegetable market, library, grocery store (Hemköp), cinema (Kaskad), Asian grocery store, Sushi, Thai restaurant, hairdresser & restaurant, health center, pharmacy 300 m to Oscars Livs (open until 21) Electricity is included. I am a calm, open-minded, empathetic and artistic person looking for a lodger because I am changing career paths, studying at university and thus need extra income.
