In the surrounding area, you will find the best Sofo has to offer: Nytorget, Vitabergsparken, Skånegatan, Katarina Bangata, with countless bars, cafés, restaurants, etc. The apartment has high standards with a recessed induction hob, built-in dishwasher, spot lighting, combined washer/dryer, well-chosen furniture, robotic vacuum cleaner, fine unusual one-strip parquet. Double balcony and double WC. Almost all lamps in the home are Philips hue, allowing you to control and change color/brightness via phone. A large Ica Supermarket is available on the entrance floor! Available room: - 13 sqm, SEK 8500 The rent is distributed equally based on the size of the room. Naturally, no overrent. Transport 🚌⛴️🚇 Inner-city buses (2 & 66) stop just outside the door, boats depart from the quay, and the metro (Medborgarplatsen or Skanstull) is a 15-minute walk away. In a few years, two new stations will appear in the neighborhood, Sofia and Hammarby canal. About us 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♂️ Sean (30 years): I work full time with an office job, sometimes from home. When I'm not at work or the gym, I usually spend some time cooking, listening to podcasts, reading, walking, doomscrolling, playing video games, and meeting friends and family. I value a cozy, clean, and relaxed home where you can both recover and socialize. I'm happy to come up with joint activities like dinner, movie nights, gym sessions, running, spontaneous hangouts, and chats. Of course, personal time and peace are equally important. Tareq (30 years): I work in the public sector, office hours but also sometimes evenings. Otherwise, I'm a guy who loves fashion (with an overflowing wardrobe), often told I'm lively and happy. I like cooking (but snack a little too much 🤭). I'm a newly graduated actor and often go to the theater. What I appreciate most in a home is having it clean and cozy, the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, shared dinners in the evening, movie nights, and good music in the background. We are looking for someone who: ✅ Is roughly between 25-35 years old ✅ Is fair, easygoing, and can keep it clean at home ✅ Values their own space but enjoys living with others ✅ Envisions a longer-term stay and wants to live here for at least 6 months It would be nice to have someone who is also LGBTQ+ and speaks French, but it's not a requirement, of course.
