The house is two-story and in good condition in all respects. We rent part of the house or the whole house according to your needs. The house is furnished. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, sauna facilities, and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a waterbed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a WC-bathroom. We do not send pictures of the house online, but you can visit and see the house on-site by appointment. The house has easy geothermal heating and in the living room, there is also a large, heat-retaining fireplace. The equipment includes normal permanent residence equipment (washing machines, cold appliances, kitchen equipment, tableware, cleaning tools, etc.). The house has a spacious yard and there is very little traffic in the area. The bus stop is approximately 200 meters away. There are several shops within less than a kilometer radius. All elementary school levels and a high school are within a little over a kilometer radius. There is an electric socket for car heating in the yard. The monthly rent for the whole house starts from 1200 euros + electricity, water, and firewood according to consumption. The rental deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. The landlord makes the electricity and water contracts. The fixed basic fees for electricity and water are payable by the tenant. Prices for rental periods shorter than a month are agreed upon based on the needed space and the number of people coming to reside. During the rental period, only the persons mentioned in the contract are allowed to live in the house, and the house or its part cannot be subleased. The tenant is responsible for cleaning during the rental period and at the end of it, or cleaning must be ordered separately in an agreed manner.
