Stora Kvarngatan, Malmö

Hello! Renting out a room (20 sqm) in my three-room apartment (85 sqm). The room has its own entrance and bathroom. Shared spaces are shared. The residence is located in a central and quiet area. Very friendly neighbors and a nice courtyard with a barbecue area. I am a 45-year-old woman looking for a new lodger. I have had lodgers for a long time, and there have never been any problems. I am cheerful and positive, want to live a calm and simple life, so I don't want to live with a party animal. I enjoy working out, visiting second-hand stores, and watching movies/series. I believe it's important to have open communication, I want us both to be comfortable! 🥰 Looking only for women/non-binary, preferably students. I have had students from many parts of the world and find it immensely enjoyable! I want a roommate who WANTS to live with someone, not just move in due to a lack of other housing options. Cats and birds are present in the home, so it's very important that you are an animal lover! 😻 🐦 Rent is 5300 SEK/month, personal home insurance must be taken out (usually costs about 100 SEK/month), a credit check will be done. 8000 SEK in deposit, contract will obviously be written. Move-in on 1/11. Earlier move-in may be possible. 🙂 Feel free to get in touch if interested! 🌻
