Kallebäck is quiet, picturesque, and close to Delsjö (the swimming lake) and a central area. If you want to get from Gothenburg city center to Kallebäck, it takes about 15 minutes by bus no. 18. It takes about 5 minutes from the apartment to the bus stop. There is a Coop in Kallebäck and you can take about a 10-minute walk to Ica Maxi and Willys. The room is rented out furnished (bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chest of drawers, chair, TV). You have access to everything in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment. There is also a laundry room in the basement that you have access to and can use.
