In Örgryte, centrally located and close to nature, a stone's throw from the city (near Liseberg), we offer ROOMS in a shared accommodation, in a large solid villa with a patio and garden with public transport 5 minutes walk. The house has two bathrooms and an extra toilet, two kitchens with dishwashers, two washing machines and a dryer, as well as three common rooms, so there is plenty of space beyond your own room. You live at home with yourself but together with other lovely roomies. Partially furnished with bed, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It's a wonderful group living in the house at present; both girls and boys between 21-36 years, both working and studying. They seem to be having a great time and everyone can talk to each other, but it's also very quiet and calm in the house if you come by on a regular weekday. We are looking for a girl or a guy in the same age group who will stay for at least a year, preferably longer. Right now we have ONE room coming up. The room is about 15-17 m2 and is located on the ground floor. There is a balcony door in the room that leads directly into the garden, which is very cozy. The room has many small cabinets and is also furnished with a bed, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Move-in from September 8 but no later than October 31. Rent is 6150 SEK/room. A room in our house is so much more than just the room you rent. You have the entire house available as well as the large garden you can spend time in, as well as garden if you have a green thumb.
