We are renting out our fantastic home that has everything and a little more. At the top of the house, you are offered incredible views with sunrises and sunsets like no other, beautiful light influx, airy rooms, efficient layout, and a balcony (half-glazed) that is enormous. On the balcony, there are two large sofas that can easily be moved, while you have plenty of space for planting. In our case, we have had these two sofas, strawberries, wild strawberries, sugar peas, carrots, beans, and still had space for a small play corner for our children, while there is still room to roll out a stroller. The balcony has provided many delightful days all year round. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. Generous workspace and storage. Dining table and chairs for 4. In the apartment, there is a storage room with a small window and a radiator. We have used it as a combined storage/office for home work. About a 5-minute walk, you are down at Hökarängsbadet, where there is a cozy café with snacks and an alcohol license open during the summer, in winter when the ice is thick and plowed, they open again. Bus stop about 2 minutes from the residence which takes you easily to Gullmarsplan/Farsta Centrum for further connections. About a 12-14 minute walk to Farsta Centrum. About a 6-8 minute walk to a large playground with an adjoining open preschool. About 10-11 minutes by car to Gullmarsplan. About 12-14 minutes by car to Södermalm. Electricity is NOT included in the rent, paid separately. A parking space in the garage (open around the clock) may be available if interested, in addition to the listed rent.
