Furnished family townhouse near nature and the center of Gothenburg We are renting out a spacious and pleasant townhouse in Gothenburg, about 15 minutes from the center by car or tram. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with a playground in the yard and several nice natural areas nearby. The house is spread over three floors and is rented fully furnished. There is plenty of space for a family, with several bedrooms, large common areas, two bathrooms, three toilets, a patio, and a garden. Free parking for one car is included. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. On the entrance level, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, and a guest toilet. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to socialize. On the lowest floor, there are two large rooms that can be used as bedrooms, study rooms, playrooms, or extra living rooms. One of the rooms lacks windows. There is also a renovated bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine and dryer. From the lower floor, you can reach the garden and the barbecue area. We are looking for a responsible family who wants to rent the residence for a longer period. For us, it is important to have a secure and good relationship with our tenants. The residence is rented furnished with a cold rent. One month's rent is paid as a deposit. Please feel free to get in touch and tell us a little about your family. Viewings are arranged by agreement.
