Long-term rental September 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 The entire upper floor is offered for long-term rental from September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with the possible option to extend after agreement. Rent: 25,000 SEK per month. The minimum rental period is three consecutive months. The monthly rent includes: Heat and water Waste collection Wi-Fi Furnishings Access to an electric car charger Summer rental 2027 During the summer, the entire upper floor is also available for weekly rental. Available weeks: week 26–33 (2027). Week 26, 34, 20,000 SEK /week Week 27-33, 25,000 SEK/week The weekly price includes final cleaning, bed linens, and towels for shower and beach. Additionally, there are two comfortable extra beds. The residence comfortably fits six people and accommodates up to eight people with the extra beds. Balcony, courtyard, and garden The upper floor includes a balcony and private access to the courtyard and garden. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, have outdoor dinners, or relax after a day by the sea. Sea, beach, restaurants, and activities Villa Hoppet is located in beautiful Skälderviken, close to the sea and the beach. Here you can enjoy swimming, walks along the coast, and relaxing days by the water. Within comfortable walking distance, there are several nice excursions and culinary experiences, including Halldorad vineyard, Klitterhus restaurant, Karl Fredrik, and Havsbadskjollans pizza. Perfect for a walk, a good dinner, or a treat to enjoy during your stay. For those who enjoy an active outdoor life, there are golf courses, fine cycle paths, and hiking opportunities in the area.
