Attractive student accommodation in Bromma – with a clear focus on international master students and researchers seeking a calm, safe, and quality living environment in Stockholm. Our ambition is to offer a thoughtful and well-functioning everyday life for students who prioritize study peace, structure, and a respectful community. Here, private, furnished rooms are combined with well-planned common areas in the kitchen and living room. The property is located in Bromma, one of Stockholm’s most attractive and established residential areas. The area is characterized by tranquility, greenery, and a safe atmosphere, while still having convenient access to the city. The subway is a short walking distance away and takes you to central Stockholm in about 15 minutes. In the vicinity are grocery stores, restaurants, services, swimming spots, gyms, running tracks, and Stora Mossens sports facility. The house accommodates five apartments with a total of 11 students/researchers. The larger apartments consist of four private student rooms with code locks on each door. The rooms are bright and furnished with new furniture including a bed and desk. The apartments have nice kitchens with modern appliances and good workspaces. All apartments (except the attic floor) have a balcony, terrace, or private patio. All tenants have access to the leafy garden with seating areas and a barbecue. In the basement, there is a spacious communal laundry room with two machines and a separate drying room. Available room – First floor The available room is on the second floor. You get a private, furnished, and lockable room of about 12 sqm and share common areas on the floor (total about 100 sqm) with three other students/researchers. On the floor, there is a common kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room, a fresh bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an extra separate toilet. The floor also has a large terrace with stairs down to the garden. The accommodation is intended for one person and suits those looking for a calm, safe, and study-friendly environment. Many of our previous tenants have been PhD students, visiting researchers, and international master's students at Karolinska Institutet (KI), KTH, and Stockholm University (SU). We are looking for a well-behaved and responsible tenant who plans to stay for at least one year. The accommodation is based on shared comfort rules and shared responsibility for regular cleaning of common areas. It is important that you actively contribute to keeping the accommodation functional and clean. Applicants need to be able to show an admission notice and stable finances through student loans (CSN), scholarships, or employment.
