Beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Värnhem for rent – contract for one year with the possibility of subsequent extensions. This autumn I’m renting out my gem at Värnhem/Östervärn in Malmö, with occupancy starting in early January 2027. The apartment has a generously spacious bedroom and living room, with beautiful original details from the 1920s. With high ceilings, herringbone parquet and sliding doors, it is a charming apartment. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in the last decade. The stairwell has several shared balconies, and in the cozy courtyard, there are outdoor furniture for larger gatherings and the possibility of grilling. The home is located near Värnhemstorget with good connections to the rest of Malmö and to Lund. It is close to several grocery stores, gyms, and liquor stores, as well as pubs and cafés. It is a ten-minute bike ride to Möllan, Triangeln, Lilla torg, and Malmö Central Station.
