Hello, we are renting out our nice three-room apartment in one of Stockholm’s most coveted locations and properties from around January 1, 2027, for 3-6 months until June 30, 2027. The apartment is located directly in Vasaparken and has the feel of a hotel suite. The housing association will review and approve the tenant before moving in. The rent includes furnishing, kitchenware, heating, water, and Internet. Household electricity is included for normal consumption (up to 1000 kronor per month) and is added thereafter at cost price. This is suitable as an efficient city overnight apartment for one person or for the responsible couple. Kitchen/Living room in a bright open plan with Sofa, TV, home automation for curtains and lighting, embedded coffee machine. Bathroom, Smaller bedroom, Master bedroom with embedded TV and walk-in closet. The apartment has built-in AC. Narrow balcony. Digital lock. Good entry protection with intercom. 4th floor, elevator available. The charming house was built in the 1950s but was converted into apartments and completely renovated in 2011. The interior was recently upgraded with a Spanish Chair and new sofa (not the sofa in the picture). The bed in the guest room has been further replaced with a junior-sized bunk bed. A new luxury hob is installed before your move-in. OTHER ABOUT THE RENTAL PERIOD - You can choose to move in between December 15 and January 1. - You can choose to move out from March 31 to June 30. - We will agree on the dates when the contract is signed. - The rent is charged for exactly the days you occupy the apartment. - Neither rent, other conditions, nor these dates are negotiable beyond the flexibility already given. Example: If, for practical reasons, you can only take possession of the apartment, for example, on January 15, that is also okay, but the rent will start from January 1. Example: You want to pay rent for only one or two months - that's not possible because the rental period is shorter than the dates given above. We write this to save you time.
