Björnsonsgatan, Göteborg

NOTE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR RENTAL TO ONE PERSON ONLY! ONE PERSON ONLY! We are renting out a cozy and well-planned basement apartment with its own entrance in our villa, perfect for those who want to live quietly and comfortably. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, sauna, and kitchen and is both practical and homely. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and internet, so you don't have to worry about additional costs. The area is 4 minutes from Backaplan and 8 minutes from Nordstan and is quiet with good other communications and close to services. We are renting out because this part of the house is not used and hope to find a responsible tenant who appreciates a safe and quiet living environment.
