The apartment has a spacious, open floor plan with light from both sides, as well as a lovely balcony that serves as an extension of the living room for most of the year. Residents have access to a beautifully developed garden in addition to a pleasant rooftop terrace at the top of the building. I am renting out my apartment for short-term rental.
