I am looking for a female tenant for my 82 square meter condominium where I live full-time and my seven-year-old daughter lives part-time. It can be for a shorter or longer period, at least one month. I am renting out the smaller bedroom which is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bookshelf, and we share common areas such as the living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. The area is quiet and pleasant with proximity to nature. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest shop, cultural center/library, and pizzeria. In Tomelilla, there are good connections by train and bus to Ystad, Lund, Malmö, and Simrishamn. Österlens Folkhögskola is also located here. I am renting out to create financial security but also because it's fun to meet new people and broaden one's horizons a little. Whether you are a lone wolf, social, or somewhere in between doesn't matter. I am a calm person who works as a music teacher and enjoys spending time with my daughter when she's here, writing music, and being out in nature.
