Hello!! I want to rent out our house which is in Ånäset. The house is newly painted and wallpapered inside. Newly painted outside. Enclosed with a carport. The house is suitable for families with children. Close to the school and daycare, open-air bath, hockey rink and football field are just a stone's throw away. Best place for kids. For those commuting to Umeå or Skellefteå, it's a 50 minute walk to the bus stop. Heating is with a combo wood burner which makes it so cheap to live here. Note! No dishwasher but can be installed!
