We clean once a week according to a cleaning schedule, which means each person cleans the common areas every third week. Those who have friends over, of course, take care of themselves afterward. The rent for the room is 3600 SEK. The room is 10 sqm and comes furnished with a bed and a desk. Electricity and wifi fees are additional, which we share. A one-month rental deposit is required upon signing, which is returned upon moving out. Over the years, people who have lived here have chosen themselves to what extent they want to socialize, in other words, there is no obligation to hang out with others! When people have chosen to hang out, we have watched movies, eaten, or played games together.
