Bokals were relatively common in Sweden in the past, but they are still present both in Sweden and abroad. We cater to those who perhaps run their own business and want to combine business with living. The lease can be signed by a legal entity or a business. The floor plan of the bokal is divided into two parts. You enter the premises part and using the stairs in the premises, you reach the residential part. In the property, there is a bicycle room, garage with the possibility to rent a regular and an electric car space. For secure living, there are no door keys that can be lost; instead, you enter the property via digital access. This also applies to the property's communal areas. Just as you can pay by 'blipping' your phone today, you now also open doors with Parakey's mobile locking system. As this is the property's perimeter protection, you cannot opt-out of this, but it is a requirement to enter the property. Upon moving in, you will receive an invitation to become an administrator in the Parakey app. You can then manage the access yourself and assign digital keys to your family and friends who wish to visit you. After that, it's just a matter of simply opening the door with a button press. You unlock via Bluetooth, so an internet connection is not necessary. If misfortune strikes, you can log in to your Parakey account on another device that is connected via Bluetooth. The physical keys that you will check out will be solely for the bokal. In addition to the rent, there will be charges based on your own consumption of heating and hot and cold water and household electricity. The costs for heating, cold water, and hot water are based on the municipality's water tariff and the market's electricity price. Only Telia is connected to the property, and a charge of 300 SEK/month for a 100/100 Mbit/s package via Telia for broadband and TV will be added to the rent. As a resident in the Silhuetten property, you are close to everything you need.
