Ladonlukonpolku, Helsinki

Hi, We’re looking for a fourth/fifth housemate to join our shared home in Maununneva! We are renting out a 15 m² room in a detached house for €625/month + €20 for water (note: the rent is €500 + water until the end of January). The house is spacious, cozy, and in excellent condition, featuring 6 rooms, a kitchen, a sauna, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a large terrace, a yard where we keep a small garden 🌱, and a separate storage unit. It’s located in a quiet residential area right next to Central Park; you can practically step out of the back door onto outdoor trails and, in winter, cross-country ski tracks 😊. There are three of us living here: Kirsti, Klara, and Jas. We are aged 30–36 and work or study in various fields (optometry, theater, social services). Some of us enjoy active hobbies like the gym, swimming, bouldering, or salsa, while others prefer more low-key, home-based activities. We also like doing things together—such as attending cultural events, hitting the sauna, karaoke, board games, movie nights, or gardening—or simply chatting around the kitchen table. We also value having our own time and privacy at home. One of us is a vegetarian, while the others are omnivores. Values that are important to us include non-discrimination, equality, and environmental.
