I am renting out a furnished room in my apartment for a short period. **NOTE: it is only one room – thus, it is about having a lodger, not renting out the entire apartment.** The room is the larger bedroom, approximately 15 m² (bedroom 1). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, and large chest of drawers. You have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is a comfortable newly-built three-room unit, located high in the building with fantastic views of Årstaviken, Södermalm, and large parts of Stockholm. The rent includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels, bed linens, and common consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. In other words, you don’t need to worry about bringing or buying a lot of practical things. The location is very good, right next to Årstaberg commuter train station, with smooth communications to central Stockholm. The accommodation is therefore perfect for someone coming to Stockholm for exchange studies, internships, or work during a limited period. A little about me I am a woman in my 30s who has lived in Sweden for over ten years. I work full-time and lead an active life. For me, open communication, mutual respect, and consideration for each other are important. I have had several lodgers in the past few months, mainly exchange students, and it has worked very well. Therefore, I am looking for a nice and responsible person who appreciates a quiet and pleasant residence during their stay in Stockholm.
