Direct bus during peak hours takes about 35 minutes to Slussen (Bus 428X) with good frequency. Worse during off-peak hours. Mörtvikens brygga bus stop. The apartment is only rented to - and for one (1) young person for permanent residence. However, 2 people can be discussed with slightly higher rent. The person must be Swedish-speaking, very orderly, and smoke- and pet-free. Excellent references and freedom from payment remarks are required. Certificate of studies or employment must be able to be presented. The specified rent includes household electricity (about 300-400 SEK/month according to a separate meter: heating from the heating center is included in the rent). Deposit: 1 month's rent, which is refunded upon moving out minus any damages and mandatory final cleaning, about 2,000 SEK. The rent must be paid by the end of the month for the following month. The deposit must remain until the move-out date. Household electricity must be paid every 3 months.
