Villa Michel has previously been one of our high-quality premium guest houses. We now offer the house for long-term rental for private and professional reasons. We are moving our primary residence to Västervik for reasons of age and work, and therefore no longer have the time required for the very time-consuming maintenance of a vacation home. Therefore, we are looking for long-term tenants who appreciate a beautiful, modern, and well-maintained home and who will take good care of the house. Villa Michel was completely renovated by professional companies during **2024 and 2025**. Among other things, the roof and windows have been renewed. In **2025**, a modern geothermal heating system was also installed. Technically, the house is very well-equipped and suited for comfortable living. The house has a well-thought-out floor plan over several levels. On the entrance floor, there are two bedrooms, and on the lower floor, there is another bedroom. Additionally, the playroom/passage room can be used as a bedroom if needed. The large living room and dining room are connected and offer plenty of space for everyday life, family life, and socializing.
