The house can be rented by the season October-April at 12000kr/m and May-August at 10000&/m, i.e., own access in April and September. During winter break and Easter break, the residence is rented weekly at 8000kr for winter break and 10000kr/week during the two Easter weeks. A dwelling 550 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of Laxfjället. Ski in ski out to ski slopes and tracks, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and proximity to rivers for salmon trout. You live in the middle of the mountain world zoo with high-class grounds for mushroom and berry picking as well as hunting and fishing or just hiking with skis or on foot. After an active day, you relax in the sauna and enjoy a meal in front of the wood-burning stove. You park the car in the carport with the snowmobile. The rent for the winter break is 10000kr per week, and rent for just Easter up to and including Easter Monday is 15000kr, and monthly rent is 12000 for a year's rent! The house is furnished with TV broadband and complete kitchenware.
