I have a 3-room apartment in Nya Hovås at 74 sqm and I am renting out a room to a suitable woman/girl as a lodger, i.e. I also live in the apartment. The room that is being rented out is 7.47 sqm and furnished with a bed, dresser (which can be removed), TV, mirror, and a built-in wardrobe. The accommodation is very close to the sea and nature. It takes 26 minutes to Järntorget by bus from the nearest stop. It takes 5 minutes by bus to Amundön, 7 minutes to Billdal's swimming area, and a 10-minute walk to Billdal's park. Close to supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as healthcare center, gym, and other services. Common areas are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony with sun until about 2 PM in the summer. There is also a common rooftop terrace for everyone in the apartment building, and a sauna that can be booked in another building. There are four cats in the home, so the person moving in should like cats and not be allergic. Looking for a lodger OR a weekly commuting woman/girl who works or studies and has a stable regular income. Rent for full-time living is 6000 SEK/month plus half of water consumption and half of the electricity. Wifi is included. Personal home insurance needs to be arranged. I am particular about whom I choose as a tenant, and it's important that we are a good fit as people and can respect each other's lifestyles. I would like a meeting/coffee apart from the viewing to get a sense of who you are. The person I am looking for should, however, be calm and stable, not use alcohol or drugs, or organize parties at home. Note! No racist or someone who votes to the right.
