Welcome to a relaxing, beautiful, and family-friendly home near the archipelago and swimming lake. There are two patios, one with a table/chairs and a lounge patio by the hot tub. Large lawn for children to play, play football, golf on. There is space for two cars and a charger. In the yard, there is also a storage shed with gardening equipment that is available and a guest house (not included in the rental as it functions as a storage room). There is also the possibility to rent a berth if desired. The floor plan is open and there is a fireplace in both the kitchen and living room. You are welcomed by a large hall with plenty of space for strollers, for example, and many hooks and hanging storage. There are 4 stairs in the house, two to the upstairs wings in the left and right, two smaller level stairs between the kitchen/hall and living room/hall. The living room has a high ceiling with about 5+ meters and an open fireplace. The kitchen is open and has a cozy open fireplace and a kitchen terrace with a smaller table and chairs. There are two double beds, and two 90 beds, as well as a sofa bed for guests. 2 bathrooms, one large with toilet, shower, and bathtub and door to the terrace and hot tub, and a smaller one with shower and toilet. A charming house with a rural feel and 35 minutes to Slussen with buses that run frequently. 3-minute walk to a bus stop and about 5 minutes by car to a grocery store (Ica). There are two shopping centers about 15 minutes by car. There are also restaurants, a pizzeria, and Djurönäset spa about 5 minutes by car and two golf clubs (Fågelbro and Värmdö) nearby. We are renting out the house because my father passed away and we are moving in with my mother. We live about 30 minutes away and are available if there is anything. The rent covers only the dwelling itself which is fully furnished, and use of the hot tub and full access to the entire garden and related equipment. Outdoor furniture and grill are also included. You must take care of the hot tub and garden yourself. Electricity/heating is additional (as it varies so much depending on the season). We wish to find someone/a family who enjoys having a garden and can mow the lawn when needed in the summer, a riding mower is available. The garden is simple but there are 4 apple trees, 1 plum tree, and 1 cherry tree, as well as strawberries, wild strawberries, and blueberries. There is also a kitchen garden with pallet collars if you wish to train your green thumb in spring. Welcome to a dream in the countryside near Stockholm.
