Are you a consultant and/or commute to Malmö and prefer to live in the same place? Then maybe my furnished room/apartment in my decorated basement in the popular Limhamn, Rosenvång is interesting. You have your own entrance from the garden as well as your own shower and toilet. Small kitchenette, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge with small freezer. The rent includes electricity, gas, water, heating, and garbage collection. Parking is available on the street (for free) and several bus stops are a few hundred meters away. You are pet and smoke-free and do not appear in the criminal or convictions register (I will want an extract from the criminal records). This arrangement is suitable for you who regularly stay in Malmö during the weeks, and who appreciate being able to return to the same accommodation every time. Does it sound interesting?
