There are also two more rooms on the same floor, one of which is for the cats and an office room which is my own. We share spaces such as the hallway and kitchen. It is also possible to rearrange or request to remove furniture from the bedroom upon request. Upon moving in/signing the contract, it will also be possible to arrange for you to have your own place for cooking and a refrigerator and freezer on the upper floor if you do not want to share the kitchen. You also have access to a washing machine and dryer. Electricity is included. In addition to me, you will also be sharing with cats, so you need to like animals😊🙏. Your own pets are welcome. It is located about 15 minutes from the bus stop and 10 minutes to Ica. There is plenty of parking on the street.
