We are therefore looking for responsible tenants who want to take care of the house as their own. The house has large social areas with a large living room with a lovely fireplace, a separate dining room with an adjoining smaller room (e.g., for an office) and a large kitchen with high ceilings and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The private section is located on the upper floor with two large bedrooms and a smaller one with good closet storage, along with a bathroom. The patio and garden with a pool are in a lovely south-facing position and a cozy semi-enclosed veranda under a roof in a sheltered west-facing position. The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area with the forest as a neighbor and 250m to the sea. There is proximity to primary school (Nyhamnsskolan), services with a fantastic food offering (Ica Skeppet), but also good communication links to Höganäs by car, bus (100m to the bus stop), or via the bike path right outside. The property is along a 50km/h road but is well protected behind a high hedge and a completely fenced plot, and on the other side of the plot is Strandbadsskogen. Via a 250m forest walk, you reach the beach and lovely beach walks. There is also a bike path outside where you can enjoy a lovely bike ride to Kullaberg on one side and Höganäs on the other.
