Jokipohjantie, Tampere

A room in a three-person shared apartment in Nekala becomes available on 15.11., as our long-term resident Ulla is longing for more rural landscapes. Rent is 480€/month; water charge 28€; electricity, internet, and consumables according to shared usage. The bright apartment, located on the ground floor of a low-rise building, boasts a whopping 136 square meters, three bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom, and a bank vault. Direct access from the living room to your own backyard. Storage space is also available in the attic and basement. Easygoing roommates include Alpi, a climbing medical student, and Joonas, a parkouring game researcher. There are currently no pets in the house, but they are welcome. If the current vibe continues, socializing with roommates most days involves greetings, a few sentences, and sharing common space, but occasionally we organize dinners, movie nights, board games, and parties. We’re not exactly cleaning enthusiasts, but we keep common areas usable and have a cleaning rota every two weeks. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is a stop for bus line 10, running every 10-15 minutes, which gets you to the city center in 10 minutes or to the Hervanta tram in 5 minutes. The train station is 2.7 km away by foot or bike. There are free on-street parking spaces and a yard parking spot can be rented for 10€ per month. The nearest grocery store is 350 m away. Are you interested or know a suitable roommate for us? Send a message and let's talk more and arrange a visit. Best regards, Joonas & Alpi
