A furnished and uniquely decorated two-room apartment on the 2nd/7th floor with equipment available for rent from January to August 2027 in a quiet housing company near Turku's bus and train stations. Bus no. 1 to the harbor and airport runs beside the building. A 15-20 minute walk to the market square, the university, and Tyks hospital. A local store (K, Sale), cafés, lunch restaurants, and Donald's are found in the block's vicinity. The apartment includes a kitchen with equipment, a living room and a bedroom with linens, a bathroom, a sauna, and a balcony. Water fee is 25€/person or according to consumption (water meter fee 9€ at the start/end of the contract) and your own electricity contract and internet connection as needed. The rental period is partially negotiable. No parking space provided by the apartment. Departure cleaning must be paid separately, inquire in messages for more details.
