We will move to Norway for a period and rent out our beautiful semi-detached house in Dalby. It is rented out furnished. The house is located in a cozy car-free courtyard with 50 meters to Skrylleskogen. The residence offers on the entrance floor a bedroom, living room with access to a wooden deck and garden facing south, fully tiled bathroom, kitchen, utility room, also with access to the garden. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a family room, a closet and a fully tiled bathroom. We have closed an additional bedroom for storage. It is 11 sqm and has been deducted from the actual size of the house, which is 152 sqm. The rent includes water and internet, but not heating and electricity. There is some flexibility in relation to the moving in and moving out dates.
