There is a separate entrance to the apartments, and tenants must share a hallway, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, living room, and storage. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and table with chairs. The living room has a sofa, and the laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is about 9 square meters in size, and all rooms are equipped with a closet and bed. The total area is about 110 square meters. Internet is included in the rent, and it is a short walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen.
