Charming small detached house with a quiet secluded garden/backyard in the middle of Mandal center, walking distance to Norway's most beautiful beaches The house is fully furnished and contains a living room, dining room with 4-10 seats (table tops that can extend the table), 4 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and all kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, washing machine and an enclosed cozy backyard with decking and natural plot (grass/rock/flowers). There are double balcony doors leading out to the deck, which makes the garden an extension of the dining room. In the garden, it is sheltered (no wind), completely secluded (no overlooking), fully enclosed with a lock and especially lovely afternoon sun. Heating: underfloor heating in all floors on the ground floor (thermostatically controlled), as well as panel heaters. There are 7 permanent sleeping places, as well as two cots (60*120). There is thermostatically controlled heating in all floors on the ground floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom), and heaters in the bedrooms. Panel/oil heater in the living room and dining room. The fireplace cannot be used. Plenty of storage space in closets and large dressers available. It is a very charming and cozy house, very pleasantly and centrally located in Mandal, but there is a bit low ceiling in some places, old windows, and not the most modern interior. The rental period at this monthly rate applies until 26.06.2027. If you wish to rent during the summer holidays, it is fully possible, but then the monthly price will be higher. Seeking quiet and peaceful tenant(s) as it is an established and quiet area. Smoking is not tolerated. Dog may be allowed by arrangement. Electricity is not included, but there is a low network fee (approx. NOK 400). There is a mattress protector on all beds and duvets/pillows for all beds. There is a gas grill (with gas), nice garden furniture, parasol, bench, and a box of toys in the garden. The rental period with 10,000 NOK/month is until June 26, 2027. In the summer months, the house is rented out at a weekly rental price of 15,000 NOK/week. It is fully possible to continue renting at 10,000 NOK/month after August 7, 2027.
