The apartment is located in a beautiful Frogner building from 1900, which was last completely rehabilitated in 2022, holding consistently high standards. Smart solutions and good ceiling height make the home both practical and pleasant to live in. The building has an elevator, broadband, and caretaker service. The location is very central, with a short distance to public transport, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, Frogner Park, Bygdøy, and everything Frogner has to offer. The apartment is rented furnished in a warm, yet minimalist style. Due to the sloping ceilings and existing surfaces, artwork cannot be hung on the walls or major changes made to the apartment. Customizations with your own furniture can of course be made, but if the tenant wishes to replace some of the furniture in the apartment, this must be clarified in advance. The storage of our original furniture must then be at the tenant's responsibility and expense, for example by using external storage. The apartment must be returned with the same furnishings and in the same condition as at takeover. The home is best suited for one quiet, tidy, and responsible person who wants a pleasant home in Frogner for a rental period of approximately 1 year. We are looking for someone as soon as possible, so the time horizon can be discussed. Quiet couples are also welcome to apply. We are looking for a tenant with a steady income, good references, and orderly finances. The tenant must also be approved by the board before a final agreement can be made. We can be somewhat flexible regarding moving in and out dates, and quick occupancy will be prioritized.
