I have a 1.5-room apartment in Umeå and am looking for an apartment in Stockholm, preferably in Solna, but other areas in Stockholm may also be of interest. Desired exchange date: February 1, 2027 – February 1, 2028 Rent: 8,000 SEK/month Included in the rent: furnished, electricity and heating. There is also the possibility to rent the apartment indefinitely, as I am studying and working in Stockholm. A deposit of 3000 SEK is required upon moving in and will be refunded upon moving out, provided the apartment is in good condition and all terms of the lease have been followed. I am looking for a tidy and responsible girl who is non-smoking, alcohol-free, and pet-free and has a stable income through work or student aid.
