Important: this is a student apartment. To be able to rent the apartment, you need to be an active student and study at least 15 credits during the semester. Therefore, study certificates or admission notifications need to be shown before the agreement and application are sent to the landlord. New and well-planned student apartment of 24 sqm in Alphyddan/Nacka, near Sickla and with smooth commuting to Stockholm. The apartment is high up in the building and is rented out furnished during the spring semester while I am on exchange in the USA. The apartment is a 1 room and kitchen with an efficient layout, private bathroom, kitchen/kitchenette, and good storage. It is particularly suitable for a student who wants simple, fresh, and practical accommodation close to both city and nature. The preliminary rental period is from January to May/June. The exact start and end dates can be discussed, but I prioritize someone who can rent for most of the period. The rent includes heating, cold water, broadband 700 Mbit, and furnishings. Hot water is billed based on actual consumption according to the landlord's model. Electricity is added according to agreement/actual cost. Subletting only takes place after approval from the landlord. We will draw up a proper subletting agreement, and the rental is securely managed via Qasa.
